This an exciting opportunity to hear a young artist talk about her career as a practicing Artist / Ceramicist.

Inspired by the clean lines and the pure forms of Scandinavian Design, Julie makes tactile, uniquely decorated slip cast objects that invite touch, love and use. Interested in the boundary between sculpture and function, she produces complimentary ranges of vessels and hollow-form sculptural pieces.

The work is tied together through the use of monochrome colour palettes and expressive mark making. Julie graduated with BA:Applied Arts from Glyndwr University.
