Date TBC January, 2017 – “Tokyo Story”:  Made in 1953, this film is considered to be one of the greatest ever made. Elderly parents come to visit their children and grandchildren in Tokyo, but the children are busy and the old people upset their routine. The visit goes badly and a few days after the old people return home, the grandmother dies and it is now the turn of the children to make the journey. Directed by Ozu Tasojiro, prepare to have your emotions torn by a simple but very familiar theme.
