Dear Reciprocal members,

 The Stephen’s Green Hibernian Club has enjoyed a long relationship with horse racing, and the Club looks forward to the Punchestown Racing festival in particular.  The 2014 Festival takes place from Tuesday 29th to Saturday 3rd May and is the sporting and social highlight of the Irish calendar.

Over five days you can expect to find the best of British and Irish racing talent, top class hospitality, wonderful style and a unique festival atmosphere.  The Stephens’ Green Hibernian Club is proud to offer our Members an exclusive day out in a private chalet located within the reserved enclosure.  This year, we are delighted extend the courtesy of the Club’s private chalet to our reciprocal friends also.
 
Above, please find an informational flyer on the package we are offering for 2014 (please click on the flyer to view fully).  I would appreciate if you could circulate this amongst your Members as you feel appropriate, or even perhaps display in your Club noticeboard.  Spaces are limited, so early booking is recommended.  Should your Members like to stay over in the Club, the current rate for Reciprocal Members is € 110 for single occupancy and € 170 for double occupancy to include full Irish breakfast.

Club Dress code:
Gentlemen are required to wear a jacket at all times in the Club.  A tie is no longer required.  Ladies must wear equally suitable attire. Non-permissible attire for Gentlemen and Ladies include; jeans or other denim wear, shorts, T-Shirts and athletic wear.  Overcoats must be left in the front hall.
