Dinner with Laurence Westgaph

£28On Wednesday 16th February, Proprietor and local historian Laurence Westgaph will be giving an important talk entitled The Athenaeum and the Transatlantic Trade in Enslaved Africans.
Join our President for a reception drink in the Newsroom from 6:30pm ahead of a 7:00pm talk in the Library followed by question before dinner upstairs. Tickets are available for £28.00 per person and are bookable via the Members’ Area or through reception.
Laurence is well known in the city and further afield for his extensive research and expert knowledge on this subject and we look forward to another informative though convivial evening at the Club.
