DESCRIPTION:Memoirs of the only NHS Consultant to Command the Trauma Hospital in Afghanistan. \n  \nColonel Glynn Evans VR\, is a charismatic speaker and has some tales from his time in Camp Bastion. The LMI is a splendid building full of beautiful paintings and artefacts. If you have never visited it\, now is your chance.  Come early for the welcoming drinks so you can have a look around. The lecture is free\, but if staying for dinner (recommended!) its £25. Casual dress. Drinks reception is at 6pm\, lecture is at 6.30pm.  Dinner is main course and desert\, usually from 7.45 to 9pm. \n  \nBook Via Members’ Area or through Reception.
