After the soft testing period we formally launch this Saturday at the Jubilee lunch, with the introduction of The Athenaeum’s own label Club wine! Why not buy a couple of bottles next week to take home for the bank holiday?
Do take a moment when next in the Club to have a peruse. A balance list of great wines at fantastic value has been produced, at prices unparalleled in the city.
Our sincere thanks go to our esteemed wine group who have worked tirelessly and endured much hardship. Meetings with many wine merchants is no easy feat, and they have suffered through endless tastings of fine wines. Though their sacrifice has led to the curation of a rounded and varied wine list fit for our Membership. If you see the group in the Club do thank them for the thankless job enacted on our behalf!
