D-Day 75th Anniversary Lunch

On Thursday 6 June, we commemorate the 75th anniversary of the D-Day landings with a special lunch in conjunction with the Alexandrians of Merseyside, who’s President, Dame Lorna E.F Muirhead DCVO DBE CStJ DL will be in attendance. A short talk on the history of the D-Day Landings will be given by Brian Gillbanks, and we will be joined by Principal Guest, Vice-Lord-Lieutenant of Merseyside, Mr Robert Owen JP DL, Military Guest, Col Steve Boardman MBE DL, and President of the Alexandrians. A contribution of the ticket cost will be donated to SSAFA. Full size medals may be worn if appropriate.
