This year’s Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday 22 October 2020 and the Order of Business will as usual include the election of candidates to serve on the Main Committee.
There are three vacancies this year, and nominations are now being received to serve on the Main Committee. If there are more nominations than vacancies, the election will take place by a member’s vote (including postal and proxy).
One of the retirees is the current Honorary Treasurer, Martin Rogers, and he will be stepping down at the AGM following three years in role. The Club is indebted to Martin for his sterling work and support during his tenure.
The Committee encourages nominations from candidates possessing Finance/Accountancy experience and if you have the necessary experience and would like some further information please don’t hesitate to contact the Club Secretary.
Nominees must have been a Proprietor (Associate Members are not eligible) for a period greater than two years and have the support of two current members.
The nomination period will be open for the next three weeks with the closing date being Monday 28 September.
