The Sir David Maddison Opera Prize 2024

In association with the Royal Northern College of Music, we present the 2024 edition of the Sir David Maddison Opera Prize, where the brightest sopranos and contraltos of tomorrow compete to become The Athenaeum’s Artiste-en-Residence.
Attendees will enjoy operatic performances of the highest level before being guided to the Dining Room for a luxurious 2-course supper. After the winner is announced, the Newsroom bar will be open for the remainder of the night.
