Using Your Club Post Lockdown

Newsroom

  • Table service is in operation – a server will guide you to your table, guests are asked to steer clear of the bar area and remain seated.
  • The furniture has been organised for physical distancing, without losing a social element. Please refrain from moving the furniture within the Newsroom.
  • Tables of up to four people are available, by prior arrangement this can increase to a six.
  • You can of course say hello to friendly faces you have not seen for a while, but please adhere to physical distancing guidelines of two metres and avoid travelling around the Newsroom unnecessarily.
  • Bills can be settled to monthly accounts or by card. Cash payments can be made via reception during office hours.
  • It is staff policy to wear face masks, however, there is no requirement for members and guests to do so.
  • A one-way system is in place. Please Enter via the Main double doors exit via the side door by the fireplace at the Bluecoat end of the room.
  • Newspapers and magazines will not be provided but members can bring their own if they wish.

Dining Room

  • Table bookings are required in advance,
  • Bookings can be taken for up to six people from two different households or one social bubble.
  • The Club table will not be in operation for the time being.
  • A plated service is in operation as oppose to silver service.
  • A one-way system is in place. Please enter via the main double doors and exit via the Wine Servery.
